Don't quite understand the golden Burger King medallion, but I'm sure it's all part of some mad, NA-Doctor style grand plan...

Operation Delta were, according to spara's annotations, played by Michael French (from EastEnders and Crime Traveller) and "The actress who played Karen in corry" (Or Suranne Jones, as she's sometimes known). Katie had dark hair, dark eyes and a vagina, but apart from that, I don't know. Probably someone from one of the UK soaps.
For the men in BC's life, just alternate between Joe Absolom and Jonas whatsit from Robin Hood. Or Lee Williams, Ziggy from Big Brother, or any other bland hunk from UK TV.
